We bought a couple of second-hand e-mountain bikes for a long outback trip. Both were a little worse for wear, but a bit of work from Matt and they came up very well indeed. He’s very thorough, knowledgeable and passionate about bikes and we’ve always been impressed by his work. He listens well and always addresses issues in a way that suits our needs. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Patrick

Tremendous work by the ever resourceful Matt Bringezu getting my beloved cargo eBike back on the road. I whistled and within 24 hours Matt arrived with a mobile mechanic's kit, and got the back wheel with its gearing cables back on correctly. Can't thank you enough, Matt! Your know-how, can-do and politeness are a gift to Central Victoria.

Matt the Bike Ranger is exactly why it's worth supporting small, independent specialists: he's skilled, dedicated and uncompromising - willing to do whatever it takes to solve a problem. And he does it with smarts and good humour. He sorted out my tricky brake issue and transformed my almost 10-year-old bike into something that feels nearly brand new.

Matt serviced my old racer and got it up and running beautifully. We came back again this weekend to service my son’s bike as the brakes were not working and it needed some servicing. He fixed it on the spot for us. He is very reasonably priced, friendly and knowledgeable! Will be back for sure!

Matt has worked on a couple of our bikes now - and they always come away riding superbly. He has great attention to detail and obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. He has definitely become our go to guy for keeping our bikes in top condition.

Cannot recommend Matt highly enough! I called him on the advice of a friend and he popped over the same day to check over mine and my kiddo’s bikes. He was thorough and prompt and professional and helpful and full of good chats and kind enough to withstand the barrage of curious questions and offers of ‘help’ from my youngest. We are so fortunate to have Matt in our community.

I would recommend Matt in an instant. Being a bike mechanic is more than a job or a career for him - it is a calling. Matt recently serviced four family bikes for me: one e-cargo bike and three road bikes in varying condition. All bikes now ride very smoothly. Also, Matt took time to explain issues with the older bikes, and what to look out for in the coming months. Super helpful. [James - Castlemaine]

I can recommend Matt only with the greatest enthusiasm! He's always on time, efficient, and extremely good at what he does. My bike is always happy to see him. All round top bloke 👍 [Maggie,Castlemaine]

Matt is a true professional. His work is detailed, paying attention to every click and whirr. He worked hard to understand the way my electric trike was made and tracked its problems to an accident I had 2 years ago. He fixed things he could and I’m so grateful to have my bike working as it should with brakes and balance fully restored. And his prices are incredibly reasonable. His flexibility in coming to my place saved me a lot of inconvenience.
I highly recommend the Bike Ranger🦋 [Wahibe, Malmsbury]

Matt fixed my bike so well! I asked him to have a look at the brakes. They were pretty bad! He did such a great job, they were so good when I rode it again. He also looked at the gears and they were smooth when he finished. The whole bike seemed like it had a new lease on life. [Tiffany - Taradale]
